could it be the cold?
i have never had trouble starting my car my friend and i set my cars timing back to spec. my car is not cpu controled so it stayed where i put it it stared and ran smooth with only a little throtle responce issue it again ran fine the next day. than came the snow my car was out side and now after 3 days will not start.
so is it the snow or could it be the cold? thanks for the help

its because its cold.... im assuming your car is carbed... so id make sure your chocke is working well... try dumping a tiny bit of raw feul in the carb then try to start it up..... my old 83 z28 with a carbed 305 was very hard to start in the winter also.... lol but my tpi doesnt have a prob at all....

Probably none of the above are casusing this problem.
If your car is no longer being controlled by the ecm you can toss any base timing specs out the window, you live in Littelton, set the timing at a minimum of 10*. Check the choke for the no start situation. Make sure its closing and the tension is not too tight. If the tension is too tight its going to suck fuel down and flood the engine. This is common on a new setup when the weather changes.

i think we need to advance your timing aswell, but my car has a ruff time starting in the cold aswell, travis check your choke like z28monster said make sure its not letting any air in and that its letting off after its warm.
