What spark plugs should I use

Ignition system consists of this: MSD 6A box, MSD Blaster coil, MSD 8mm wires, Accel Cap and rotor on a 88 Pontiac Trans am 350 TPI. I had the bosch platinum +4 in there and I think the MSD box burnt them out. I heard go with the regualr AC Delco plugs gapped at .45 sometimes .50. I just have a feeling my car isnt getting the most power out of it because of the plugs. Right now a have AC Delco plugs gapped at .50. Does anyone have any suggestions on what plug I should use overall????

Regular delcos, copper core bosch, champion, etc. Don't go with anything fancy for the metal. MSD actually recommends against using the bosch platinum series because of the increased resistance (and subsequent heat).
