SLP short throw 6 speed shifter
This might be crazy.... but
I currently have a T5 tranny in a 90 IROC. The shifter SUX and is tired. I need to upgrade it before I can afford to upgrade to the T56 tranny. I would hate to have to get a 5 speed shifter only to replace it 5 months from now with a 6 speed shifter.
Is it possable to go ahead and get the shifter and use it on the T5.
Be nice now. I don't know much about the linkage that makes these things work.
