How do I mount an electric cooling fan to an 84 radiator????
I'm in the process of putting in a TPI motor into my 84 Camaro Sport Coupe. The original motor had a belt-driven cooling fan. The TPI motor uses an electric cooling fan which I have. I know how to wire it up, but how should I go about actually mounting the fan? ANY help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The stock fan has a mounting bracket, which consists of the part that holds the radiator in place at the top, and then at the bottom is a piece that attaches to the lower part of the radiator support. Both are plastic on my car, I am pretty sure they are all like that. You could make your own brackets to mount it, but the factory stuff for a factory fan would probably be easier.
there are also zip tie looking things to mount a fan to the radiator. my after market fan is mounted this way.
