I'm purchasing a wrecked LT1 4th Gen when I come across one at the auction that has a 6 speed to swap into my car. Since my fuel pump is going bad and my tank is pretty rusty from setting for a few years I need to replace the tank. Since the rear floorpan and frame rails are the same in both cars, wouldn't the tanks basically interchange?
