What causes oil to blow out of the dip stick hole when the dip stick is in? Its a 91 Formual 5.7L 149k miles

Car: 91 Red Sled

Axle/Gears: 10bolt Richmond 3.73 Torsen

I'm not sure about this but I would think that a bad PCV valve could be the problem. It would build up pressure in the pan which could be your problem. Like I said, I'm not SURE about that but it is an easy fix.
