Iac cause rough idle AFTER warmup

Engine: 350
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 bolt
Iac cause rough idle AFTER warmup
'89 GTA 9,000 miles.
Cleaned throttle body interior area with correct cleaner. Next startup car ran fine until warmup, then very rough idle after warmup, any ideas appreciated. I really don't want to throw parts at it considering everything is still GM original and is prob better than aftermarket.
Iac a likely problem ? Can it be cleaned and it is the one on the left side of the TB right ?
