Need help finding EGR gasket for 1991 Camaro!

I need help finding the EGR gaskets (both the one that is inside the EGR and the one the seals the EGR where it is bolted in place) for a 1991 Camaro V6 3.1 L.

Advanced Auto can not help me so I am looking for another source. Please respond soon if you can help, this car is a daily driver that needs to be running.
Thanks
Rex

Ultra Copper RTV, should work fine.
Infact I use it on the flanges between the heads and the headers with out any problems. This area gets a heck of alot hotter then the EGR Does.

Just get some gasket material and cut out your own gaskets.

The gasket for the hot air choke on my '73 T/A is no longer available so I made my own and used a little high temp RTV. Should be good for another 30 years.

Are you looking for the triangular metal gasket, with three holes for the little spring loaded valves of the EGR? The one that goes between the two halves of the valve?

If so, sorry- it is "Part" of the EGR valve, and is an "unserviceable" part. I went to all the auto parts stores, then to a dealer. They have the mounting gasket to mount the valve to the manifold, but the metal gasket I finally had to bring in and show them. The EGR has three screws holding this part together and over time one or the other will break, then the gasket burns through.

I used thick, high temp paper and RTV to reseal mine- I had to drill out the two broken screws and tap the housing to 10-32 and installed new screws. It held for a few thousand miles.

These 3.1's use a unique EGR not like the 2.8's. Unfortuantly they are nearly $200 at Advance Auto.

I was lucky and found one in a pick-your part that was nearly new on a car and got it for $8.
