My AC system has been professionally retrofitted to R134a, It works with no leaks and has a full charge, but does not seem very cold to me. It there a specific part that could be changed to help the temp drop? And at idel at a stop light with air on, should my rpms be like 400, i thnk that is too low?? It drops that low but does run rough. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, you guys are great.

Generally a 134a system will be a few degrees warmer than an R12 system, although that isn't always the case. Before you continue to speculate, put a probe thermometer in your heat vent. If it's in the low to mid 40s, then it is fine. If it's higher on a normal day (don't be surprised if it's 100 out and it doesn't blow as cold as when it's 75 out) then maybe you should have it checked out.
