Wanted to know how true this actually is. I heard that on a 400 block you need to mill down the lifter holes a lil if you want to use roller lifters with the link bar inbetween because of some clearance issue. True or false?

Also whats the difference between a horizontal bar and a vertical bar. Thanks fellas.

 

Never heard of that before, it doesn't mean its not true, but i have never heard it. I kinda doubt it though.

Not my 400 block (yerbasic 509), with my lifters (yerbasic Comp 853 and 891 so far).
