Does your car move at speeds greater than 40 mph or less than 50 mph? If so, tough guard filter is for you!
Such Bs. How does stop and go have anything to do with the advantage of a tough guard filter :-PZ

On a cold motor thats been sitting a while everything is drained into the oil pan & filter, right? opinions?

Hot oil is thinner and will flow out faster. This helps flush any debris out with it. At least that's the theory as I understand it.
I like to get the eng throughly warmed-up. Park it and let it sit long enough for the exh to cool, then drain oil. The oil is still pretty warm, but I don't have to deal with a scorching exh pipe.
