good pistons that arent floating pin?

It seems that every piston Ive found in summit and jegs for the 383 had a floating wrist pin. Im lookin for one thats press in, and wud give me roughly 10-10.5:1 with 64cc heads. forged/cast/hyper^%&$, whatever, Ill take what I can get. Id definitely like to stay away from cast, but whatever.

Main ones I was lookin at were Wiseco and Sealed Power, they seem to have pretty good prices.

just about any that'll float will also be a press fit, whether the pin floats or presses is more a function of the rod, plus the pistion has to have the retention system for floating pins

Don't look in the Summit catalog, look at the piston manufacturers catalogs. I know just about every piston company makes them. Never use one source for you information, don't be the next CBS news.

The pistons and pins are the same; it's a question of how the rod is prepped. You can put floating pistons and pins on rods that require pressing. You just don't have to use the Spirolox.
