OK this car is killing me. It will not run when I try to start it, however If I hold the Throttle Blades open and hit the starter it will. As soon as I let loose of the Throttle it will die right now. It has a new IAC and TPS but I will take any idea.

is it possible that the throttle blades are closing completely? I don't think they should. I think there is a small adjustment screw on the throttle body that is hidden by a plug. I think you can carefully drill the plug out and adjust the blades open like on a carb. I'm not sure though so somebody else may tell you different. Hope this helps a little.

 

sorry,I though you had tpi for some reason. But you could still check to see if the blade are closing completely.
