Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: 700r4
EGR needed?

Besides for emissions reasons, is the egr really need, without it will the engine run properly, no problems with come in future with out it being taken off will it?

No its not needed. Running without one will keep the inside of the engine cleaner longer. It will reduce fuel economy when you remove a properly functioning EGR but not by a noticeable amount.

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
You may need to either modify your PROM timing tables, or back off the base timing. The latter is not preferred, as it will affect overall performance. The former is part of PROM tuning in general which is a good idea anyway.
