Hi just a quick question well I removed my stock upper intake the otherday and removed the gaskets and I cleaned up the gasket surfaces and smoothed them out. I am just awaiting my slp runners and look forward to getting them to install. My only question is that I have heard they are an easy bolt on but, I just wanted to know what all you guys think about them or anything I should know before installation?

They are a helluva a lot easier than the AS&M large tubes. I didn't have a problem installing the SLP ones when I had 'em.

The longer bolts from the stock runners will probably be too short. I'm using a mix of original Torx bolts and allen head screws to mount my SLP runners. The heads on the inside bolts needed their OD ground down a bit as well.

I have had no problems with my SLP runners. I'm currently modifying them and port matching. Allen
