Can I run a stock OE lifter with this cam??

I plan on spinning the motor to about 6500rpm. I currently have the Federal Mogul HT-2148 SB Chevy 1987-Up OE Replacement Hydraulic Roller Lifters in the motor. I will be using the Comp Cams 987 springs and the a cam with about 230/242 duration and .510/.540 lift. I will be using a Comp Cams rev kit also? Will the lifters handle the revs??

lifters wouldn't be the rpm limiting factor
