Where to get a cam bearing install tool
Any auto chains carry this as a rental tool? If not where can I get one at a chain store besides online? Thanks.

Any decent speed shop will carry them- or call and find a local Snap on, Matco etc tool rep. Otherwise you will have to go online as Summitt and Jegs have 'em. We have bushing drivers at work, but I'm lazy, so I let the machinist do 'em while he has my block for decking.
This is online too, but what the heck.

If anything it gives you a part number for one.

ebay has them with BIN quite often. car show swap meet tool dealers all have them. mine came from snap on. a SBC, or BBC, can use one size insert that can be made fairly easily on a lathe instead of buying the complete cam tool kit.
