Opinions on Fuel Pressure
Opinions on Fuel Pressure
Just wondering what everyone's opinion on whether or not I should crank up my fuel pressure or not. I know getting on a dyno is ideal but I will be going to the track this weekend.
Along with the mods below I've since installed the Accel base and some runners.
Will higher fuel pressure help it pull stronger on the top end?

I'm thinking you're at a very good starting point that may just need some personal tweaking. The most common mistake with a new AFPR is cranking it too high. On a stock car (which I know yours isn't) the AFPR is most effective when the FPR is weak and the fuel pressure has dipped. The AFPR will bring it back to specs.

I agree with Mike competely. I have a pretty much stock 305 just a few bolt ons and my fuel pressure is actually at about 36 or so psi and if I followed what I read my setting would be WAY to high at 46 psi which most people think is a good setting. The best way to do it without a computer to see how the car is reacting is to play around with the settings.
