Can cross drills be resurfaced?

I know this is sort of a dumb question but I really never heard anything on this subject. So is it cool, or a no no?

Can you elaborate? Cross drilling is used in various forms regarding automotive use. Some examples are brake rotors (those can be resurfaced, but you need to have them re-chamfered, even if not already done) and crankshaft. Basically give us more specifics before we can answer your question. Most of the time it could be yes, but necessitate certain procedures after the fact. This question is kinda like asking "Does this number plus this other one equal this third one?"
