Weird Noise

When I turn my wheel my front wheels make a grinding type sound. At first i thought it was bushings, and then i looked and they are all fine. My buddy told me it was my lug nuts, because i have weld rims and he said shank lugs make alot of noise. anyone have any thoughts on this?

Check the wheel bearings. The fronts may be loose or shot. The rears are not adjustable . If they have play,(the rears) they are bad.
