lights not working

Ok last night I started my car and pulled the switch for my lights and nothing happened. None of my lights came on. I dont think the bulbs are burned out because it seems as though I have never even pulled the swich my interior lights dont come on either and if I turn the car off it doesnt make the buzzing sound that it makes to warn you that your lights are on. So what do you guys think it is and where should I start tommorrow I will be pulling fuses and checking those types of things or for lose connections. Let me know what you think.

The fuse labeled CTSY FUSE on the fuse box is what controls all of the interior lights, as well as the cigarette lighter, horn and headunit.

I believe it's a 20 amp fuse... I recently had to replace mine.
