Question about 383s

I was watching a program on Speedvision(Hot Rod Magazine TV I think) and they said a 303 is a 400 block with 350 cams. True or untrue?

303 is supposed to be 383. Sorry for my bad typing.

It's a 350 block with a 400 crank, that's had its main journals turned down to the 350 size.

What about a camaro?

A 383 is a 350 with a crank from a 400(3.75" stroke instead of 3.48") and a 4.030" bore.
