What have you done to verify all your wiring and connections from the ECM to the TPS is good?

Just to add to what onebinky suggested, did you adjust the new TPS? It should be 0.54 volts-0.75 volts with the throttle closed and over 4.5 volts with the throttle all the way open. There is a technical article on adjusting it: https://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/tech/tpimod2.shtml

Which TPS code is it setting?

I have done both, checked to makes sure all the wires from the ECM to the TPS were grounded, etc. and cross ref. with a similar vehicle to make sure the TPS was set correctly. Readings come out A O.K. Would something else cause the ECM to throw the code?

What was the resistance on the reference, signal, and ground wires?

How much voltage did they drop across the wire?

What voltage reading did you have at the reference wire and the signal wire?
