egr system and ram jet?

egr system and ram jet?
Is it possible to get an egr system on a ram jet engine or does the intake take up all the room? I am very interested in this intake, but I want my car to be emissions legal, any help?

Emissions legal where?
I'm having a hard time imagining using "Ram Jet", "emissions legal", and "3rd gen f-body" in the same sentence.
I have heard of people who have used the Ram Jet with their TPI controls, but not that it was emissions-legal when they got done.
