its on a 2.8 v6 and its got 100k miles on it I have felpro rubber gaskets and i need some help here ive never done this before,but i want to learn how thanks guys

ummm help??????

take out the bolts holding the valve covers on
remove valve covers
remove old gaskets
make sure the surfaces are cleaned of old gasket material so it doesnt leak
put new gaskets in
put valve covers back on
put bolts back on
tighten to specs
start car
see if they leak
