rough idle after injector swap

I just completed my injector swap on my 88 trans am. I used 19lb ford racing injectors from summit and i am now experiencing a bad idle and i suspect that two injectors arent firing. Is there a good way to test this? I also think that it could possible be the distributer because i took it out to replace the intake manifold and i might have put it in wrong. Any thoughts?

Firing order, timing, spark leaks to ground (slightly open hood in a dark area to see leaks across wires,) vacuum leaks, or EGR valve.
If an injector isn't flowing pull the spark wire if there's no change in the idle that cylinder isn't getting any fuel, or (spark may be too weak) or both.
If you didn't move the crank there's only two positions the distributor will drop all the way in, one on the compression stroke, the other on the exhaust stroke, and it won't start on the exhaust stroke. If you didn't make an alignment mark on the distributor base and the intake before pulling it out you will need to reset the timing.

it turned out to be a huge vacume leak at the base of the runners. I used the stock gaskets with edelbrock hi-flo runners and it caused a huge leak.

Good work, Brian. Glad it's running better.
