Well you will not believe this I used AJ's mthod to check the pickup and its fine. Now there is no trouble code at all........I have done nothing but raise the Fuel pressure a little. It seem still VERY low on Power it feels like 150 HP. out of 325hp
Here is the scan results
@58 MPh at 1775 RPM
Idle air = 78 steps
Cooland temp 185*
Map = 2.07
TPS=1.13 volts
integrator= 114 (i don't know what this is)
Oxygen sensor= 431 mvolts
KNOCK 2
Rich lean flag= Lean (but goes rich when I get on it a little)
Thanks everybody for the help I just can't tell if these numbers are good or bad!!

Looks like you're making some progress.
I'd surmise that when you checked the PU coil, I'm assuming you unplugged it from the ICM and tested continuity? If so, when you reconnected it you may have cleaned the connection that was intermittantly causing the Code 42.
I also noticed you your knock counts have decreased, but are still present...proably pulling out some advance as well, losing you power.
Have you talked with FastChips about your setup, and where initial timing should be?
The increase in fuel pressure could be overcoming a lean condition causing the knock as well, but from your last post, your rich/lean flag as well as the O2 sensor mv's indicated you were okay at cruise (at that time) and not lean. Did you check the O2 cross counts? This is important to see if the settings in the Chip are trying to controll cruise A/F atio properly.
See, if you are in fact running lean at cruise, and rich at WOT, there's nothing you can do with the FPR to compensate, it will HAVE to be done in the Chip, no way arround it, other option is to use larger injectors, and less pressure.
This assumes that you don't have a lean condition causing the knock counts, that adding more fuel is masking over.
So again, my suggestion is to verify with FastChips what they recommend for the basetiming and then verify you're O2 crosscounts are in the neighborhood of 10 or 12.

BTW, I've forgotten the all the aspects of the intergrator and would have to look at my scantool manual for verification, you may get a faster respsponse from the PROM Board for that particular question.
