Wtf???

Today get in my car and go to turn on the headlights and parkinglights, and only the headlights come on! I first noticed because my gauges would not light up, so i tested the blinkers and they worked. So what happened. Did the rocker switch go out on the parking/taillight/interior side, and have to get a whole new switch or what?

Tail light fuse

Replace it, and then figure out why it blew; or figure out why it ble before you replace it, if you don't want to keep buying fuses. Probably a chafed wire somewhere, or a bulb in the socket wrong, or a damaged socket, or hacked wiring (aftermarket add-ons, etc.)

The fuse box cover should have a circuit description for each fuse number.
Each fuse has test holes on top, using a test light probe the holes, if one side has 12volts, and the other doesn't then the fuse is blown. If there isn't any voltage at either test hole then the power to that circuit isn't enable i.e. key on/run, or fused further back like the fusible links at the starter, or battery.

Keep us posted.
