Transmission: both auto, 700r4 with shift kits
How engines work?

Anyone have any Info or websites on how different engines work like TPI, TBI, DOHC, stuff like that.

TPI and TBI are types of induction and just provide different ways of mixing/metering fuel and air into an engine.

DOHC, SOHC and pushrod engines are all different types of IC engines. Check out www.howthingswork.com for a read up and imagaes that show how an IC engine works. Also, search on the internet and pick up a book or five on internal combustion and spark ignition engines at your libray/book store. There is far more to cover than what can be mentioned in a brief post.
