adjusting valves.

I've never adjusted valve lash before and I was wondering were I could get a manual or some info on how to do this? thanks.

Hi! Adjusting the lash is in general an easy task if you have some basic engine knowledge, however, this topic has been covered many times over, very recentley infact! Do a quick search and you will probably find about 6 hours of reading on it.
