Spooling sound
Spooling sound
Okay,
My friend says he will help me change my oil...... so he jacks the car up by the radator about 2 inchs......... EEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!
I tell him to lower it slowly and he does..... i yell at him for about 15 minutes ( could have been done with the oil change already ) and I hop in my car and leave. I floor it ( I am shifting my auto trans ) and I hear this spool like swoosh sound at 3500 and when I let off the gas or I shift it makes a blow off valve sound!!
What is going on here?!?!
Erik

So did you, like, look under the car to see if the radiator or A/C condenser or anything else was smashed into oblivion before you cranked it up and drove it?
Start there. See what, if anything, got blown away. Chances are the noise has something to do with whatever is destroyed.

Wow you open my eyes...... you actually want to me to get on my hands and knees and look for the problem. I am shocked I couldn't think of that my self.
Of course I did do that...... everything is intact and ready to go..... no vaccum lines are missing...... car isn't overheating.... all though my cat is bad now but I was told to get a new cat when I bought the car 6 months ago.
I just wondering if anyone had this problem..... and I know your trying to help and all but being a smart *** didn't need to be the way to help me.
