TPI -> LT1 Intake Swap
I just picked up an LT1 out of a 96 Interceptor and I am thinking about using the LT1 intake on my L98. Unfortunately I am not exactly well versed with the internals of the LT1 motors.
As of right now the LT1 is still completely in tact on its original motor resting on the engine stand so I have not inspected it internally.
Will the LT1 intake bolt onto the 92 L98 motor? One concern I have right off the bat is the location of the distributor between the two motors.
Will the stock SD harness work with the intake?
Any notable changes that I have to make?
Just for conversation here are the specs for the motor that is going to go into the car:
92 L98 w/a fresh .030" bore
ZZ4 Cam
2.02/1.60 heads
1.5 roller rockers
24lb injectors (subject to change)
... and a whole lot of custom tuning!
If anyone that has done this swap previously and could chime in I would greatly appreciate it. If there is a thread or an article that I missed post the link.
Thanks!

Go there and you can either do the modifications yourself or send the intake off to be modified. I considered this, but just bought a Stealthram instead. Everything hooks up fine, you'll just need to do something about the difference in the fuel lines. It's all covered on that site though. In fact he is on TGO here somewhere.
