350 heads on a 305

will they work? any problems with them being installed on a 305 tpi, any hints or suggestions

will bolt on but compression might be pretty low.

Umm it really depends on what size valves and size of the combustion chambers. Anything higher than 64cc will reduce the compression and you will be kicking yourself. And some valves wont clear unless you bored the block out. Of course to make ant soild suggestion we need to know what size heads casting numbers will help detremine that and what mods have been done to the block
"Ie" bored over with dome pistions.

You can put the 350 heads on a 305, but you
should use 350 head gaskets. I did this with
305 gaskets and had a heating problem, then I
put the 350 gaskets on and the heating problem went away.
