adjusting tps?

adjusting tps?

ok, tried to adjust my tps last night....
top wire is black
middle is grey
bottom is blue
which wires am I checking the voltage on?
I read the procedure in the tech. articles, but I am uncertain as to which wires I am checking for what voltage? Anybody know?
