In line Fuel Filters....please help me pick one

The rubber fuel lines from the hard lines to the rails have been removed for years now and have been sitting there. I also replaced the fuel pump with the hi flow Walbro unit, and wasn't able to get all the little particles cleaned out from the tank. I'm thinking it might be a good idea to throw an in-line filter between the hard lines and the fuel rails to be safe.
Secondly, will the stock type fuel filter flow enough gph for a 383 making around 530hp at the crank???

Paging through Summit there are alot of different brands.

Thanks,
- Joel
