further to 82Z running out of power
Never really did spec out the car:
355 cu in
- Edelbrock Performer RPM intake
- Comp Cams Xtreme Energy cam
- Comp Cams 1.6 roller rockers
- 69 LT1 Camaro heads (2.02/1.60)
- blueprinted HEI with Accel Supercoil, Vette module
- Taylor Spiro-Pro wires
- Hedmen 3/4 length headers
- Flowmaster muffler
- TH350 trans (with all the tricks)
Is it possible that an HEI coil can get overheated? Other than swapping the coil out, what ways are there to test the ignition for proper output?
