car was in flood and ow need to flush fuel lines

How do I flush out the old fuel from the fuel lines. I have to change my fuel pump so the gas will be drained out of the tank and thrown out. I still need to drain the lines. the car has a brand new motor in it but the lines are not hooked up to the rails yet. Can I just hook up a wet/dry vac to the lines under the hood and suck the **** out.

DO NOT USE A VAC!!!! The motor in it produces sparks, and I think we can all figure out what that will cause to happen.

Compressed air is a much safer way to deal with it. Take off the lines at the tank and blow through them toward the front.
