Squeeling A/C problem!
I recently had my original AC compressor start squeeling real bad and drawing the engine way down. I figured I had a bad AC compressor and decided to replace it and do the 134 conversion at the same time. I replaced the compressor, accumulator, orfice tube, and all O rings. I had system evacuated and recharged with 40 oz's of 134 and I added 2ozs pag oil to compressor, 1 to condensor, 2 to accumulator, and 3 to evaporator (these numbers were on the instructions sent with compressor). I than manually turned the compressor over 15 or so times. The system got to around 40* in the shop.
The problem I am having is the AC compressor still squeels like a pig but only after it has been running and I shut the car off and restart it 15 or more minutes later. I replaced the tensioner since it was 12 years old thinking that would help. The low side cycling switch also took a dive a couple days ago. The pressure is around 30 on the low side and 250 on the high side when cooling. The compressor is a 4 seasons reman that is kind of noisy when running now.
any suggestions would be great.
please help it is hot here!
thanks,
Mark

The serpentine belt is very tight courtesy of the new tensioner. I figured that was the problem also.

Is the front of the compressor wet? Four Seasons is known for being a sucky compressor. What it sounds like is the shaft seal is leaking already, and getting A/C oil on the clutch surface allowing it to slip.
