I posted this topic yesterday but was deleted when the threads changed back. Yesterday I found out the whole reason my car will not shift correctly is because I can turn the throttle linkage 1/4 turn more than the throttle cable. I found a part that’s made by Edelbrock and it looks close to stock but it is adjustable. The part states its for Edelbrock carburetors does this matter if it bolts to the manifold? Or does anyone have the part number for the original stock bracket for carbureted engines, and will the stock bracket work with my Demon?
