I've been spinning bolts for thirty minutes, where the mount is bolted to the chassis, it won't come out.. none of the six(three on each side) has even moved. Are there nuts underneath or something? Theres no way in hell I could get to them if there are. This is irritating.

Yes, they have nuts... locknuts. Very much like rocker nuts.

There are nuts and washers on the bottom. You should be able to get to them if you compress the springs and remove the LCAs. When you reinstall them put the nuts on the top, it will be easier.
