Random Technology Ram air kit for TPI cars anyone have it?
How do you like it? Any problems? I remember seen one in a mag a fews your back. I cant find it now...Looked like a pretty nice setup.

RMK....I just might do that.. My biggest concern is water getting into the engine with this home made type of setup. Is it a problem? Did you make your own?
Thanks for the link Tim!...Yeah thats the one,Is that kit still available? I dont see it in any of my mags. Have you had any problems with water getting to the filters?
I will be installing my 406 soon and IM wondering what I can do to open the air intake up. To meet the demands of the larger motor. I have gutted the filter boxes and installed K&ns. But the filter box top looks kinda resrictive.

I also have the kit. I have no problems with it, even when it rains. But I am sure a rainstorm in southern Cali would be a joke somewhere else. I think it's a good kit to have if you are too lazy or not good at fabricating things (no offense to anyone). I bought it because I was too lazy at the time, but i also liked the square plastic connectors that connect to the filter housing. It gives it a clean look.
If you can't find it anywhere, your best bet is to call RT directly and ask them if they make it anymore.
Traxion's console, from the pics, is still a stock console with some personal mods.
