Any tips or advice on how to reassemble all this injector stuff so that it won't leak? I assume I need new O-rings. Will any O-ring do, or do I have to get special ones for the fuel rails? I know they make special rings for the injectors.

you need the o rings (vitron) made for the rails, some cheaper o rings (buta rubber) won't stand up to gas. i use motor oil to lube the o ring so it goes in easy and doesn't get cut.
