Car: 1991 camaro rs
Engine: 383 stroker
Transmission: th350
idles fine in park but not in gear

Basically it's just that. When I start it up it runs really well, idles fine, revs good. But once I put it in gear it tries to die and gets really jumpy when accelerating.

First guess would be that it's leaning out a bit. Try unhooking the pcv valve and plugging the line for a couple days, if you see an improvement you can go from there. Maybe increase fuel pressure or something/ This might only apply to a cold engine in open loop though.

which carb are you running? Sounds like a carb problem.

it's a holley 750cfm 4bbl...the 4150 i believe. Thing is, it was running fine a few weeks ago. I had to park it for about 2 weeks cause I couldn't afford gas for it and now it's like this.
