Cruise Control

There are 2 vac lines Hookups for the cruise Control on My 85 Lg4 Car, The both Branch Of a common line, With a T with looks like an integral backflow preventer, but I may be wrong as to what this is. One is a small line wich goes to Manifold Vac, and the other a larger 5/16- 3/8ish Diameter one, Where Does that Go ? Manifold Vac, or ported, or what ?

What else do I need To have hooked up for the cruise to Work ? I don't see any other lines Than Those, and the one wich goes to the Brake pedal and the Wiring from the switch to the cruise control controller thing.
