Vortec Heads

Firstly will the stock exhaust headers from my LG4 motor work with the Vortec heads?
Secondly, What is the CC of the stock heads and what is it for the Vortecs? Just trying to figure out compression ratio with the stock LG4 short motor with the vortecs.

Axle/Gears: 3.70

Your exhaust manifolds will work on these heads and Gm says the chambers are supposed to be 64cc but I have heard that they are really about 62cc.
