help me pick a cam

Ok i need to pick a cam for my 358ci 1980 to 1985 block

here is what i have to work with

dart iorn eagle heads
ported and polished

10.1 to 10.5 comp ratio

holley 750

edelbrock rpm air gap

3,000 to 3,200 stall converter

Now i would like to use a hydraulic roller cam made by comp cams and i want to make a minimum 425 hp any part numbers and info will be appreciated thanks Davd Wenzel.

depending on gearing I would either go with the XR282HR or the XR288HR. Should make 425hp easy.

Call up Comp Cams @ 800-999-0853. They will ask you all about your setup (engine, trans, converter, gears, mods) and suggest a cam for you. They give you the specs on their cam so if you dont want a comp cam you can get one from another brand that is close.
