Car will not go into closed loop!
My car will not go into closed loop and it is driving me crazy. I have checked everything, I unplug the 2 sensor at operating Temperature and it will not set a code. I measured the volts on the O2 sensor and it came back from memory around the 700mV
constent it did not vary voltage like it should.
I have a 160 thermostat in the car. The car heats up enough to get into closed loop I am sure of this as I also have an adjustable fan controller so I can set the fan to come on at at any temperature I like. Usually my car sits right on 160.
I chekced all the other sensors like the Coolant sensor and they all came back okay.
What do you guys suggest I look for??

Some kind of short on the oxy sensor wire? I believe if the computer sees a steady voltage from the oxy sensor, it should throw a code (as long as all of it's other closed-loop-conditions are met).
