Power Loss

Hello, I Have a problem with my engine, when its cold it runs fine, when in normal operating temperature it runs sluggish, I replaced the coil, cap, rotor, i got a new MAF for it, my transmission is rebuilt, got a flowmaster, pulleys, spark plugs, and wires, o2 sensor. Once in while when i turn it on i gives me a code 36, but the maf is new and i replace the burn-off circuit. It there something that will make it run sluggish when warm? the cat? And i got a holley AFPR and its at 42 right now. SO i dont know why it wont run good

If you had a problem with the cat (clogging) it would occur cold or hot.

How is the base timing? EVAP functioning? EGR or EGR solenoid sticking? Is the voltage low since installing the underdrives? Stock cam?

The voltage is fine its in or a lil bit below the middle, i replaced the egr, and i do got the stock cam, and if i may recall my dad drove my car once and he said it start to run like ****, and when accelerating he heard some sort of pop or explosion where the cat is at so i dont know if that its makin it run sluggish
