Muffler sounds like a Jet Taking off - WTF???

Muffler sounds like a Jet Taking off - WTF???
Today I was fooling around with the minimum air on my car and adter starting it once, this sound started coming out of my muffler. It sounded EXACTLY like a plane was taking off in there (and no there was no plane above me 
). It went off an on until I had to clean up and leave for work. Does anybody have ANY and I mean any idea as to what this could be. Posibly something stuck in there?

Put your car up on ramps and when it makes that noise, investigate under the car with a rubber mallet. You should notice the difference in sound where the problem is.
