what is it purpose and as I understand it, one line goes to the EGR and the other goes to the TB and then on to the CC?

HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. Other than the fact that both the EGR valve and the vent dampers under the dash use vacuum as their power source, they have nothing in common.

What are you trying to ask?

I knew that it stood for that but I read somewhere that this was the parts name? does anyone know what I am talking about?
